VMD participated in the Poultry Exhibition (Savi) which took place from May 3rd to 5th, 2018 in Yaoundé Cameroon. Assisted by Huvavet's team from Yaoundé, Bafoussam, Douala & Ngaounderé, we welcomed over 300 clients over the 3 days, which is about 40% more than the previous edition and therefore a real success! Thank you to all these VMD customers, and certainly to those who made the effort to travel many miles to visit us.

The theme chosen "rational antibiotherapy in poultry farming" and our new booth, enlarged & catchy were greatly appreciated by the people and especially by the Minister of Livestock, Fisheries and Animal Industries, Dr. Taiga, who even took the time to attend our presentation on the rational antibiotic therapy, presented by Dr. Zambou, the 2nd day of the event. As you will see in the photos, the conference room was completely full and the questions and discussions afterwards were numerous, which shows even more that we have tackled a very topical theme. Someone even showed his very special appreciation by wearing a t-shirt "The best of Belgium".

Congratulations to Dr. Zambou for the very informative presentation and also to the entire Huvavet team for their dedication and professional approach.

The poultry sector was hit hard last year by bird flu.

We expect that this edition of Savi, together with the support of Minepia, will help reverse the trend and revitalize the industry.
